I have been exercising and trying to avoid the foods that the doc told me to. I think the stress is mostly hard on me.
I wish I could let the stress go but with 4 teenagers at home, a controlling husband and other health issues, it is hard to avoid stress. I have been doing yoga and pilates to try and ease the stress, so far nothing.
