I did not have the strength to say "No thanks" yesteday. My son said "No thanks" and he was sitting next to me when the birthday cake came around. It should have been easy for me.

I didn't want growing sobriety enough yesterday. I was on very slippery slopes in other areas as well. I prayed for the strength to do the right things... yet I caved in.

I need to nail down a sobriety date and keep it. OK, July 24th will be Day 1...and Day 1 will be the start of continuous OS sobriety.
