None of us are at meetings because we don't have problems.
Expect problems, realize everyone is on a journey.
It is hard to do.
Sympathize, empathize, realize you are helping them by acting as a target for their venting.
Be there for them as a way for them to release their aggressions.
Be the 'bigger' person. Suck it up, your time may come, right?
