Nervous about doctor's visit

I have a doctor's appointment next week. I was supposed to lose ten pounds before this visit, which is Tuesday. I don't even have a scale at a moment, nor can I afford one, but I'm positive that I have come nowhere close to my goal. I know that doctors are used to seeing patients not meet their goals, but I'm afraid that I'll be judged somehow.

See, she thought that since I was about to get out of work for the summer, that I would have plenty of time to eat right and exercise. Well, then I was asked (practically forced, since I was the only English teacher with no other plans) to teach summer school. I was still planning to exercise when I got home in the afternoons. Then my husband and I got into a huge fight, during which he accidentally pushed me and I hurt my tailbone and my back. That's when I started to feel my emotions spiral downward again. This was followed by bouts with my mom and my sister... and I've just put so much energy into everything else that I've been too tired to do anything.

On a positive note, I have been trying to eat healthier for the past few days, and I've been more active too; I just hope I don't get upset when the doctor gets mad at me for not doing exactly what she wanted...
