Hi breezely14,

I went searching for a forum that would help and there is just not much available. There are some books you can read. I would suggest counseling as the best option.

This book has been helpful to a lot of us for our different problems. I think it would be helpful.

Codependent No More: How to Stop Controlling Others and Start Caring for Yourself
Amazon.com: Codependent No More: How to Stop Controlling Others and Start Caring for Yourself: Melody Beattie: Books

I know jealousy is extremely painful and hard to overcome. I'm sorry you are experiencing those painful emotions.

I think Co-Dependents Anonymous would also be helpful.
Co-dependents Anonymous

You can search for meetings here.
CODA - Meeting Resource Center

There is also Emotions Anonymous
Emotions Anonymous - a 12 step anonymous program

You can search for meetings here.

Please feel free to use the link that suki44883 posted and reach out for support on the mental health forum here.
