thanks you guys, this morning when i woke up it was the most depressed and hopeless i've felt in the last 4 months and i felt like i was going to be stuck feeling like that forever, then somehow it changed around and i feel pretty okay... i hope it's not just because i took my morning med.. anyway today is 79 days clean and sober.. an all time record since i was 13
