Chi, I have osteoarthritis in my knees as well...
Doing exercises to strengthen your thigh muscles in particular, will really support your knees.
Castor oil packs are very helpful for 45 minutes with heat or overnight..
ibuprophen really helps with the inflammation as well as massage..
