Hello Fluttering;

Thanks for this wonderful post on the spiritual tools for coping with chronic pain. Every one of these 10 tools is VERY USEFUL! If we put each of these tools into play in our everyday lives, we would feel a huge difference. I have practiced meditation and noticed a positive change in my night pain and sleeping patterns (it does help). I am going to print these out and hang them next to my bed and every morning I will make sure I incorporate all 10 tools into my life. Thanks again.

Practice "self-compassion". Let go of those "stupid" everyday trivial things that can bring a recovering addict to their knees. Its more important to focus on yourself and love yourself even if you do "mess-up a bit".
