Happy to be back...and joyfullyread all the posts. Pony, you have done so much to make these threads possible...regardless of OS, you've accomplished a whole lot of wonderful service...I hope this thread can help you with your health issues. GG, and Ananda..keep hanging in there..I have had a lot of continuous days OS free...I don't now, but at least I keep comin back because I want to do the right thing for me
C2B..my list if any food with processed with sugar as the #1 or #2 ingredient on this list of ingredients, ie: cookies, candy bars, donuts, cakes, most ice cream, chocolate, etc.
I would like to make my list any processed with sugar #3 or #4 n the list...but not now.
Like Cali said, this thread is about sharing our experiences, strength and hope...and as long as I have a desire to change my "pigging out" ways, I can come here even if I binge everyday.
Dave, please put me on 1 for today. I am grateful to start over. Thanks for maintaining the list...and I hope shadow moved out of the way so you could get to work.
