I need to remind myself to stay in the today....it's so easy to find myself whisked away from that very simple, not always easy, but CRUCIAL (for me) principle..
I ate too much last night and felt really sick..so sick I had to just go to bed early..I hope I don't do that again. I didn't eat anything "bad" I just ate too much of this and that. I had weird dreams too. I think I have a food hangover?
Today I will really try to stay on track, and stay in the day!
