A sincere statement to the God of my understanding, "Okay God, I'm through...!" His answer,...Yes! Since that moment I have not had the compulsion to use nor the desire. The programs have been helping/teaching me with the unmanageably (and the rest of the steps) as God strengthens me to handle what comes to the surface for me to face.
