| Because you're doing this for you. Play the tape through to the end...what happened during your active addiction? How did you feel after you used/drank? How did you feel the next day? How are you going to feel if you throw away your sober time? Do you want to go back to day one again? No, I thought not. Do you go to AA or NA? Now would be a great time to get to a meeting, even if it is your first. Hang in there Ang, you're doing so great!!!
