| AM I a newcomer or what?
I have been trying to get sober for 20 years..Been to AA--Treatment---so am I a newcomer or what..........I am sober after pure hell this past year and Im happy--I have always felt people with a support group will usually make it .I loved AA but after so many relapses I didnt feel welcome anymore. So now I have a support group--a chuch who welcomes drunks--druggies and it is a nice church..There is a little more to the story...but I'm happy and content cause I really know these people care.............or whatever the reason......IT JUST TAKES WHAT IT TAKES --I really feel for all you ones that are hurting...that is the story of my life..Trying to quit and not being able too....Also I loved this site and all the support here. You ones that were here last year--THANK YOU---and where are you Dee. IT TAKES WHAT IT TAKES AND I TOOK AND TAKE A LITTLE FROM THIS SITE EVERYTIME I COME ON.................... |
