I know it's a lot of information at once. Try to work your way through it a bit at a time, maybe? It's really good info and should help you discern if you need to talk it over with your doctor more. The second link has more on the bipolar spectrum disorder -- the newer way of looking at it. And feel free to ask as many questions as you need.
