| Newly joined, found this site yesterday which reading it helped me, nearly through my 2nd day, hope I sleep better tonight. last time I stopped I managed 70 days but seems harder this time somehow, year older on the old body I suppose. Remember the sweats at night and shakes from last time but its my stomach thats giving me most grief this time round. Really having to force food down and pouring as much water down my throat as I can. |
