If you do it with faith and an open mind, time just seems to open up for meetings. Different people sponsor differently, but how long does it really take for a five or ten minute phone call every day, a once-a-week hour-long face to face meeting (with sponsor) and seven hours plus travel time for meeting? Is the meeting place more than fifteen minutes from your house? Two hours spent getting to, being at, and getting home from a meeting requires that you make the most of the rest of your time during the day. Committing myself to meetings has turned this formerly scattered individual into quite the time manager.
Priorities have a lot to do with it, too. Does it matter if your lawn's manicured if you're passed out drunk in the middle of it?
Have faith, and I guarantee, you'll have time for meetings & working steps. Consider other things more important, and I guarantee, you won't have as many other things to worry about.
Peace & Love,
Sugah
