My husband got a couple of smokes from one of his friends and brought them home. I took one drag, felt like my lungs were on fire, coughed a bunch and immediately put the cigarette under the faucet. I don't think I could make it through an entire cigarette but I have almost 3 months and still have some strong cravings so I think the psychological stays with us for a long time. Hugs, Marle
