| Daily dose of encouragement and hope As I suffer from depression, PTSD, and chronic anxiety disorder there are many days I struggle to find something positive in my day. What I have benefited from over the years is reading a lot of motivational and positive books. I am trying to get back in the habit of starting my day with a positive thought that I can refer to as the day goes by anytime I start to lose my focus and feel blue. Since this is something that has helped me I am hoping some of you will also find it beneficial. Please feel free to add any thoughts, quotes, stories, or anything else you find useful in helping change you attitude to a more positive one. Lets start with this thought:
