I find that if I start my day out by having some protein for breakfast, that it sets the tone for the rest of the day and makes it easier to stay on track. I have also found that if I stick with 1500 calories a day M-F and then eat normally on the weekends, enjoying a special treat each day, that I am more likely to lose the weight more quickly. These things I do know. What I don't know, is how to prevent myself from comfort eating during times of stress.
