I plan on talking to some AA folks this week.
I called the one I wrote about in the other thread....told him the date and he is going to introduce me to a few people.

I already have the med's from the Dr. and a blood pressure cuff.
He's given me very explicit instructions on when to take my BP, and when to up my med's.
He's only a mile away, and I won't hesitate to call if needed.

My head is messing with me though....I'm scared to death, and the last few days, I'm drinking a little more, trying to cram it all in before Saturday.
I don't know what's worse right now, the mind games or the fear of withdrawal.
