That boss is a jerk and should be reported to EEOC. (Unfortunately, with *this* administration in office, notihing will get done, as the budgets have been cut to make *sure* nothing will get done!) But, your employment rights were violated due to your son's illness! What's he afraid it's catchy?
Anyway, it sounds like you're doing relatively well. I'm glad to hear that. And to hear that you are going for the disability for your son, too. Good for you!
