wow, what a post...Sandi, i've missed you and I am so glad you came to update. I am so impressed with how you and Scooter are doing, You are such an amazing woman, I know what it has taken for you to journey through all this, and make so much progress all the while advocating for your sons needs...
Sorry about the not so compassionate xboss.glad it worked out though...so glad you have him on iv meds, good solution, and glad you finally have a diagnosis..what a difference a different hospital makes.
I wanted to also say my ADs friend from grade school, is also diagnosed with the same disorder..was diagnosed last year, I have known him many years, nice kid.loves to drink and drug, but is slowly finding his way out of that and accepting his diagnosis.and the meds are starting to help him, but he struggled for quite a while in the beginning with accepting it and dealing with his addictions to, went through some dark times...
Sandi, I am so, so proud of you for fighting the hard fight, and trying to help your son while dealing with your own recovery.
Like I said earlier , I will pm you tonight with my news. prayers always..... Love ya...grateful
