hey there - thanks hey....it helps to know there are ppl out there that can understand!
it so difficult to stop those urges to just eat! i wish i could just snap my fingers to make it stop - but yeah, no luck (by the way - i have tried it :P)
keep posting & let me know what happens or helps you - i'll do the same. i work better in a team, so maybe we can encourage each other as we fully understand the dilemma...
