I read a study not long ago regarding Omega 3 supplements. Since you brought up fish it made me think of it. To sum up the study they gave Omega 3 supplements and placebos to people in prison. The study showed that the group that recieved the Omega 3 supplements had a significant decrease in agressiveness, depression, behavior and mental health issues compared to those in the placebo group. They also brought up that countries that have a high fish intake have significantly less mental health issues. They think that the brain needs the Omega 3's to form links within the brain. Hmm..maybe I should start remembering to take them.....maybe then I could remember to take them...lol. Actually I set them next to my cymbalta so I would remember to take them.

Depression is not a sign of weakness. It is a sign of being too strong for too long.
