Yeah, i know I can't expect instant results, it's just that I feel like nothing's happening!
To see a nutrionalist sounds like a good idea - I might be making things worse for myself than I know....? But I do try to eat stuff like I've been prescribed before by gym instructor: fish (obviously without the jummy butter and sauces), brown bread if any bread, fruits, lessening sugar and milk intake, oh and something that's so simple yet it actually works! I eat out of a small plate, then my food looks so much more (no - i do not cram it all like a mountain on a tiny plate) ag and there's so much more I try.
But like you say, maybe see someone about it - it's just a little frustrating now!
