Making the change in your lifestyle to a healthy eating plan and incorporating an exercise program is the right step. If you are looking for a quick fix....so that is not it. It is a long term affect you need for it to work. Patience with yourself as your body re-adjusts it's-self to your new changes. It takes time to see results, sometimes. Some people it's faster, and others it's slower. Just keep on that track. You might want to check with a nutrionalist to make sure you are eating the right foods for your body type and metabolism. With exercising, make sure you are getting your heart rate up for about 15 to 20 mins. a day, to burn off any excess cal. and fat tissue. Lots of water to flush out your system.
