Good point about the sleep and serotonin levels. it makes sense. I have found that since I have been on Cymbalta my migraines have significantly decreased. But when I forget to take a pill then I am prone to getting a migraine. Definately a good motivator for me to remember. I also get a weird physical feeling when my seretonin is off (forget to take a pill that day) I will wind up with a weird feeling in my feet like they touch the ground too late (almost like a lack of coordination thing) I also tend to get quite a bit of dizzyness. I can definately tell when my levels get low. It takes a while for them to come back up. I have to take my cymbalta in the morning as when I take it with my Lamictal it doesn't seem to be as effective. Might just be my imagination though.
