| headaches accompanying depression
I often get short depression episodes, sometimes just down and not awful lasting from an hour to 2 days. (or ona nd off for several days)Ive noticed lately that they seem to be accompanyied by migraine like headaches (like when I migraine is just beginning) and an out of it or ditsy feeling.
Has anyone else experienced this?
I assume it has something to do with seratonin levels.
Which brings me to my next thought. My mom found an article that said you seratonin rejunvenated itself during the last 2 hours of an 8 hour sleep cycle. No wonder when we arent sleeping we feel worse
