I have been told that 3 hrs is a good period of time between food. If you eat less at a time, your body will digest it better than putting a whole bunch in there at one time.
The strength I have gained in the last 7 weeks is amazing as well. When I started the program I am on, I could not do a pushup on my knees. Today I did 10. Amazing. My joints no longer hurt. I no longer have to take tylenol or aspirin every night to fall asleep. I can stretch my muscles & go to sleep without them cramping as well.
The thing I have to work on is staying completely away from the sugar except for one time a week. I really struggle with that one.
