Excellent post Rufus and something I had to learn quickly in my real early recovery, we have a guy in our area that has been in and out for years, I had to quickly learn that I simply held my hand out and if he took it, he took it, if not I had to simply move on maintaining my spiritual fitness for the day hopefully he comes back in for good.
