Just my opinion, but hold off on judgement/acknowledgement until you hear it from the horses mouth.

If she did relapse be thier to support her and find another sponsor, she will probably tell you to do that anyhow, her primary focus needs to be renewing her own recovery.

Sponsors are not infallable, my sponsor told me right off the bat, that sponsors die, they move, and they even relapse, so do not hesitate to get a new one if need be.
