The fact that she picked up a 24 hour chip does not mean that she has relapsed. I have known people that have been struggling in their sobriety and they picked up a chip. in many groups this is called a "desire" chip, and the person was struggling so badly he wanted to pick up a chip so he did.

So make darn sure she actually relapsed.

Other that that just be there for her. We are all in this together and that includes your sponsor.
