| Came outta nowhere
Ive seemed to have a manic episode yesterday, but not the happy high ones I used to get more the agitated reckless crazed ect. It ended in a complete crash and today Im somewhere in the middle of blah.
Somewhere in the middle of the craziness I took a 1.0mg Xanax and never felt it, although Im sure it would have gotten worse had I not taken it.
Im glad I seem to be through the manic part now but I so NEVER want to be there again:wtf2
