My son gives me such a hard time at night to take his meds that I am going crazy. He thinks he doesn't need them, has nothing wrong with him bla bla bla. I give him his Adderall for his ADHD in the morning and he cant live without that so I am thinking if I could give him his meds in the morning, I could hold off on the Adderall until he took the other stuff. Sad to have to do that but he is a handful. We see his pdoc on Friday and will discuss all of this with him but wanted to know if any one of you guys know, do all mood stabilizers make you tired because if they do then I am going to have a hard time keeping him on them. Plus, sometimes he doesnt come home until late at nite and I am waiting up dying to go to sleep to give him his meds and it is just getting so overwhelming to me that I feel like I am going to have a nervous breakdown. I am stressing over all of this happening to begin with and then to try to talk to him is like talking to a wall and it drives me crazy. Thanks for listening to me ramble. I am just sick and tired of trying.....
