I said the 3rd step prayer before I sat down to work on my 4th step. it helped. Like tazman said, my 5th step was the beginning of freedom. It's when I started to be able to look the world in the eye. It was scary, the anticipation was anyway. But 5 minutes in to my 5th that fear was gone, and it was a great experience.
