What a Mexican feast!! Yum!!
We had good food but it was not the most relaxed day. My fav is Christmas eve. I cook a traditional Ukranian meal: seven types of fish, homemade pieroghi...13 dishes total. Primarily I identify with my Italian heritage but not on Christmas eve. We have anywhere from 20-30 people over. Most are people who have no family to be with. It's wonderful. My parents came last year and will come this year too...that's a special treat.
How are you doing? Did you give a call to the doc at U Maryland? They may even have the capacity to answer questions via phone.
