Very detailed - I like that all four columns are explained (some people seem to overlook that fourth column where we look at our selfishness / self-centeredness)
One thing I keep in mind about resentments: ' Resentment is the "number one" offender: It destroys more alcoholics than anything else. ' == Destroys more alcoholics than even alcohol.
During the fourth column I was reminded to re-read a paragraph found on page 62 that ends with : at some time in the past we have made decisions based on self which later placed us in a position to be hurt (build resentment)...
