| Cold medicine warning
The last few nights i have practically gone out of my mind with anxiety and was very concerned i would have to go back on meds as none of my mind calming tricks were working.
I heard from someone today that it is caused by the Benydryl that i was talking for my really bad flue. They said that cold meds and addicts don't mix. I really hope this is the case and i am feeling better tonight as i haven't taken any today.
Has anybody experienced this?
I have been very grateful for my emotional health lately and this was a bad scare.
