So far today has been good. Anything & everything was out to try to get me not to walk today. I chose to do cardio today. BUT -- I made it. It was late in the day, but I made it. I am finding it hard to eat as much of the food as suggested. How in the world can you eat 4-6 servings of grains every day along with 3-7 veggies & 2-4 fruit not to mention the 2-4 non meat protein & 1-2 lean meat. I find it funny, that I never had to actually try to eat when I was eating junk. Puts a whole new meaning on things. (Of course, in my way of thinking, when it says 2-4 that must mean strive for 4!!
