Thanks for the information Morning Glory,

I am copying it right now. I had the problem because the correct password was not accepted for some reason. I did get a new password so am back in business.

I am having a pretty severe episode of depression and not is all well with my head and concentration right now. I need to make a book of my forums & user names and passwords.

I have been trying to get the online paperwork done for our new mail order pharmacy with our medical insurance and it is complicated so I am getting so frustrated because stuff isn't going through right even when I write it down.
