I am in Michigan and the cold really lingers.I love to walk and even run,but it's harder with the winter months.I got a small trampoline and I can run on that with a lot less stress on the joints.I also use my 15 minute break at work to alternate running and walking in the gym.It's one of the perks of working at a school
I also love yoga and recently started karate lessons with my boy.It's an awesome workout,and very good for my mind as well.
