I wish I could help more with that....I do know however that a panic attack is mostly "Fear" related....mom was a nurse and Dad a Doctor and I know that my mom use to have them all the time-and I do know she was on Benzo for them....can they create panic attacks after not taking them? Not sure of this....it is possible however that you could be having withdrawl from the benzo which can cause "fear" which is basically a panic attack ...fear of withdrawl- (Fear of hubby going away? Maybe nothing to do with anything other than that?)
