I teach them what I was taught, how to work the Steps and Principles in every aspect of their lives. I have found that no matter what difficulty I am facing in my day when I work the steps around them I find a solution. Even if that solution is to let it go and leave it to my HP. There have been times though that I have needed to call my sponsor to get the reminder that I need to apply this to the problem. She is there to remind me to work the Steps by having me ask myself "am I powerless over xyz, is xyz creating unmanageability in my life? Do I believe that my HP can restore my sanity around this issue? Make a decision to turn xyz over to my HP," and so on through the Steps. Today, my sponsor has become more of trusted friend whom I can rely on to give me those reminders when I need them.
