If the doctor is aware of your being on seroquel, then, they are the one to trust. None of us here are medical professionals. We share our experience, strength and hope, only.
However, I would suggest that you inform the doctor of the dosage.
I assume if it was an issue of concern, though, s/he would have asked prior to prescribing the methodone.
