Your attitude is wonderful. That´s the way. Writing down a goal list will calm your anxiety, and as you tick off each task, you will be happy because of your achievements. I´m doing the same thing, because I´m a bit blue tonight and I´ll be thinking of you while we write down our goal lists together.
