To the best of my knowledge. Editions 1 to 3 are the same with the following exceptions. Edition 1, Dr.Silkworth refused to have his name published in the Bbook, edition 2, he wanted his name added. Between 1 and 3 Bill's Story and the Doctor's Opinion have moved around the Bbook as chapters and/or appendix. The stories in the back are different in Editions 1 2 3 and 4.
There is a new AA World Service Approved book called "Courage, Strength and Wisdom" (I think) and they include the stories of editions 1 2 3.
I'm not all sure how much has changed in the 4th edition.
