Vicoden was my drug of choice and it started out pretty innocently with me just taking it as prescribed from my DR for pain.
After awhile I needed more and more in my system and when I didn't have it I would get sick with withdrawals.
I began buying them from people and ordering them off the internet {which is illegal!} along with the prescriptions I was also getting from my DR to keep my habit going. At one time I was taking anywhere from 25-30 pills a day and didn't even realise what I was doing to my health!

You see...it is a really bad cycle you can get yourself into even if you are just using them for fun every now and then...and even though you might say "eh, that could never happen to me!"...believe me, IT CAN because that is what I used to tell myself too!

Quit now before this happens to you! It is really a sad, sick way to live!!

I researched around, found a rehab that my Insurance would allow me to stay long enough {4-days} to be detoxed off the vicoden and medically supervised, then fessed up to my DR what was going on.
That was over 3-years ago and I am still clean today!

There are other ways of getting support to help you get clean but that is just what worked for me. Stick around, keep posting and please listen to people here who have walked in your shoes before and now know better.
Best wishes,
Jane
