oh....i forgot to mention that it is more common that most realize. i'm in a day treatment program right now and one night me and 2 of the girls hung out and ended up talking and opening up about really personal things and this topic was once of them. We discovered that ALL 3 of us do it!!! One girl does like you and picks her legs too...she has huge sores on her legs and stomach. i just wanted to let you know you are not alone in that at all.

Why docs glaze over it....i'll never understand b/c it's a huge self-esteem issue for me to walk around with my face all torn to shreds all the time when i'm depressed.
