I have trich but have heard of compulsive skin picking. I sometimes visit a forum for ocd. Try googling ocd forum and maybe someone there has a treatment suggestion. I have not found a specific med. to be helpful for myself but there maybe one out there. Good luck and just know your not alone in this.
