[Biscuits]

Hi all

First let me apologise for not bein around here for a while, my life is really busy at the mo, just gone back to work after a 6 week break and its been manic. Daughter started college and son started high school so really struggling to fit everything in except getting to meetings and working my program.

Anyhow during all this time i have been abstinent and yesterday was an amazing day.

My husband and i bought our daughter a chocolate fountain as a gift for doing so well in exams and yesterday was the first time it was used. It was so much fun to watch the three of them filling their faces with all the stuff that i used to binge on and not feel resentful.

All i felt was truly greatful that i have been restored to sanity around my trigger foods and relalised that it okay to not join in with but watch them having fun. It did not exclude from from having fun and laughing with them.

Went to a great workshop on Saturday and when i get a little more time i will give more info on as the speaker we listened to was such an inspiration to me and i learnt so much from her. Its great to know that i still have the openness and willingness to still be teachable after so long in recovery.

I thank HP everyday for my life and the dreams i living one day at a time today.

Anyhow gotta do the school run, luve to all
